Kranjcar joins Cole at Pompey
31/08/2006 - 18:25:35Portsmouth completed their second transfer deadline-day signing by landing Croatia playmaker Niko Kranjcar on a four-year deal.
The Croatia international has joined from Hajduk Split, following former England striker Andy Cole to Fratton Park today.
Kranjcar, 22, had a medical today after Pompey deployed their medical team to Zagreb – where the player is preparing for Croatia’s Euro 2008 qualifying games this weekend.
