Three quarters of first-time buyers happy with investment
31/08/2006 - 11:45:07Three quarters of first-time buyers think property in Ireland is a good investment, according to research carried out for the EBS building society.
Two thirds of first-time buyers questioned for the survey said they shopped around for their mortgage and almost all of these say it was worth it.
However, more than half of respondents said the size of their mortgage was restricting their lifestyles. The same amount say they have spent more than planned on items for their home.
