USI publishes renting guide for students
30/08/2006 - 10:36:55The Union of Students of Ireland is urging people returning to colleges and universities to be on the lookout for rogue landlords.
The organisation is publishing a booklet today in association with the Private Residential Tenancies Board to provide students with information about renting accommodation.
It says students should know their rights before signing any leases and should make sure their landlord is trustworthy before handing over any cash.
