Gardaí investigating the murder of a pensioner in Dublin on Monday have appealed for people who were at a city centre taxi rank the night before to contact them.

They are looking to speak to anyone who was waiting for a taxi on Aston Quay between 12.30am and 1.30am on the Sunday night.
