Bolton off to flying start

Goals from Kevin Davies and Ivan Campo got Bolton off to a flying start against Tottenham at the Reebok Stadium.
Davies made the breakthrough in the ninth minute when he escaped his marker to power home a header following a corner from Gary Speed.
Campo, who signed a new two-year deal in the summer, added a second with a shot from distance.
