Dublin Horse Show gets underway at RDS
09/08/2006 - 13:20:45The annual Dublin Horse Show is underway at the RDS in Ballsbridge.
The five-day event, which has been running for more than 100 years, was officially opened this morning by the Lord Mayor of Dublin.
The show features a total of 12 competitions, with more than €700,000 in prize money at stake.
The most well-known event, the international show-jumping competition for the Aga Khan Challenge Trophy, takes place on Friday.
