Ulster want Friday night Magners League games
08/08/2006 - 12:55:25Ulster are outraged at the prospect of playing most of their Magners League matches on Saturday and Sunday instead of their preferred Friday night option.
"As well as potentially having serious financial implications on crowd figures and gate income at Ravenhill, it is anticipated that our amateur clubs will also suffer," said an Ulster statement.
At the moment, four of the province's six League games at Ravenhill, scheduled before the end of 2006, will not be played on Friday nights.
