ComReg gives thumbs up to post codes
08/08/2006 - 08:33:27The introduction of post codes across the country has moved a step closer following the completion of a feasibility study and a cost-benefit analysis of the move.
The studies have been undertaken by ComReg and are currently being considered by the Department of Communications.
Minister Noel Dempsey says the findings are positive about the benefits of post codes, suggesting that they will be introduced at some stage in the future.
