Man hurt in Tyrone gang attack
05/08/2006 - 11:23:27Police in the North are today questioning a teenager after a mob attack in Strabane, Co Tyrone.
The 20-year-old man assaulted was taken to Antrim Area Hospital with facial injuries.
The victim was set upon by a number of men outside the Masonic Hall on the Derry Road at around 2.45am this morning.
An 18-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the attack and is being questioned at Strabane PSNI station.
Police have appealed for anyone with information to get in touch.
