31/07/2006 - 08:47:36A former butcher from England who became a multi-millionaire with a lottery win began a lawsuit against his sister in Australia today.
Clyde Baxter from Leicester claims his sister cheated him out of a mansion at the Australian beach resort where they both live.
Baxter, of Gold Coast city in Queensland state, is suing Virginia Baxter in the Queensland Supreme Court in the state capital Brisbane over the AUS$1.3m (€780,000) house bought in her name in 2000.
It was a year after Clyde Baxter won £6.75m (€9.8m) in Britain’s National Lottery.
