Laois delay team announcement pending Clancy fitness test
26/07/2006 - 10:19:01Laois have delayed announcing their team this weekend's All-Ireland qualifier against Offaly due to concerns about the fitness of Padraig Clancy.
The influential midfielder injured his shoulder against Dublin in the Leinster semi-final last month, but has made a rapid return to training and could play some role on Sunday.
Laois have held off on making a team announcement until tomorrow pending a fitness test to determine if he will be able to line-out in the starting 15.
