Protests planned against Israeli bombardment of Lebanon

Two separate protests are due to take place in Dublin today against the ongoing Israeli bombardment of Lebanon.

The Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign is due to join Irish peacekeeping troops in a march on the Israeli Embassy at lunchtime.

The Friends of Lebanon group, meanwhile, is due to protest at the Central Bank along with members of the Irish-Lebanese community.
