Samaritans hold series of events to highlight services
24/07/2006 - 08:25:35The Samaritans are holding a series of events across the country today aimed at raising awareness of their services.
The group has picked today - the 24th day of the seventh month - to emphasise the 24/7 nature of their support.
Today's initiative began at midnight, when the Lord Mayor of Dublin launched a decorated car that will travel to all 20 Samaritans branches around the country.
