Off-duty garda killed in Donegal crash
22/07/2006 - 08:54:07An off-duty garda has been killed in a crash in Co Donegal.
The 49-year-old was a member of the Louth/Meath division, and was due to retire next year.
He died after his motorbike hit a car just outside Letterkenny last night.
He was a member of the Garda Motorcycle Club which was taking part in a two-day motorcycle event around the Inishowen peninsula.
