PSV eye Kromkamp switch
18/07/2006 - 11:49:46PSV Eindhoven chairman Rob Westerhof has confirmed he is pursuing a move for Liverpool full-back Jan Kromkamp.
The Holland international moved to Merseyside in January from Villarreal in a swap deal for Josemi, but has failed to make the right-back slot his own, making 10 of his 17 appearances as a substitute.
“We have contacted Liverpool to ask what Kromkamp‘s status is,” Westerhof told Voetbal International.
“They made it clear his situation is pretty hazy. We don‘t know if we can loan him or if we must buy him. Maybe we will get some clarity soon.”
