Motorcycle crash takes weekend road death toll to seven
17/07/2006 - 07:49:19A 49-year-old female motorcyclist has become the latest victim of fatal crashes on the roads.
The woman died in hospital yesterday after losing control of her bike on a bend in the road at Crettyard in Co Laois shortly after 1pm.
Her death brings to seven the number of people killed in road accidents at the weekend.
The other victims died in crashes in Tipperary, Wexford, Limerick and Kilkenny.
