Israeli aircraft fire missiles in southern Gaza
29/06/2006 - 10:13:49Israeli aircraft today fired missiles at empty areas in the southern Gaza Strip, causing no injuries, Palestinian officials and the army said.
Initially, Palestinian medical officials said a car had been targeted, but then said the car was just close to the open area hit by the missiles.
They said a militant training camp appeared to have been the target.
The strike took place near the town of Khan Younis.
