Dublin Pride Parade celebrated by over 5,000
24/06/2006 - 17:27:16An estimated 5,000 people have turned out to celebrate the Dublin Pride Parade.
The colourful party kicked off after 2pm this afternoon with members of the Green and Labour Party taking part in this year’s event.
An outdoor party is being held outside the Dublin Civic offices, with You're A Star's Louise Kileen entertaining the crowd.
The planned festivites are due to wrap up after 6pm but the fun is expected to carry on into the night.
