Nakamura extends Celtic stay
14/06/2006 - 15:58:23Shunsuke Nakamura has ended speculation over his future by agreeing a one-year extension to his Celtic contract.
The 27-year-old midfielder, currently representing Japan at the World Cup, claims he turned down interest from other clubs to stay with the Scottish champions.
The new deal could see him remain at Parkhead until the summer of 2009.
