Man killed after car leaves road
07/06/2006 - 13:25:58A man in his 60s was killed when his car hit a ditch at Castledermot, Co Kildare yesterday evening.
The man’s car left the road at Prumplestown on the N9 at 6.20pm.
There were no other cars involved.
The victim was the 179th person killed on the state’s roads so far this year.
Gardaí are investigating the cause of the crash.
