BT wins €72m civil service contract in North
06/06/2006 - 12:47:30BT has won a £50m (€72.6m) strategic ICT services partnership contract with the North's civil service.
BT will provide the technology platforms and solutions to allow the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) change their management of financial services and accounting practices.
Under the terms of the contract, for the next 12 years, BT will support NICS in the delivery of their Accounting Services Programme (ASP) by integrating and modernising financial processes across all government departments.
BT will provide the services in association with strategic partners Accenture and Northgate Information Solutions.
