Gray signs new Blackburn deal
26/05/2006 - 10:43:53Michael Gray has signed a new two-year deal to stay at Blackburn until 2008.
The former England full-back would have been out of contract next month but has been rewarded for his good form as Blackburn finished sixth in the Barclays Premiership last season.
Gray said: “It was great to be part of the scene last season and what lies ahead is very exciting. I’m very happy here and delighted to be staying on.”
The 31-year-old signed for Blackburn on a free transfer from Sunderland in January 2004.
