DCC chairman to retire
26/05/2006 - 13:19:32The chairman of business support services company DCC, Alex Spain, has announced that he is to retire.
“I have informed the committee that this is the last year I will seek re-election to the board, as I intend to retire as chairman and from the board in advance of the annual general meeting in 2007,” said Mr Spain.
The announcement was made following a meeting of the nomination committee today.
