Doherty's mum writes tell-all book
15/05/2006 - 12:16:29The mother of troubled British rocker Pete Doherty is planning to write a sensational tell-all book about her relationship with the Babyshambles singer.
Jacqui Doherty, 52, is determined to show the heartbreaking reality of seeing a loved one spiral into the horrors of drug abuse.
A source tells British newspaper The Sun: "She wants the world to know what it's like to be the mother of a rock star who is also a heroin and crack addict. She has suffered every high and low in his life and cried a lot of tears.
"She is keen to name and shame the people who got Pete into drugs."
