6,000 join protest over Donegal’s cancer care services

In Donegal, more than 6,000 people have taken part in a Donegal Action for Cancer Care protest at the poor state of cancer services for the county.

They marched through the streets of Letterkenny before attending the biggest rally ever seen in the town's public park.

The committee was set up last year to highlight the fact that cancer sufferers in Donegal are not getting the same access to services as people in other parts of the country.
