120 jobs to be created at Tipperary retail complex
12/05/2006 - 10:59:26One hundred and twenty jobs are to be created at a new €15m retail complex being developed by the Blarney Group in Co Tipperary.
The complex is located at Dove Hill, around three miles from Carrick-on-Suir and includes 10 retail units and a restaurant.
The site also has planning permission for an 87-bedroom, four-star hotel.
Blarney Woollen Mills and Meadows & Byrne will occupy the largest units.
The first phase of the project is due to be completed this July.
