Fyffes drags ISEQ back
The ISEQ slipped a little this morning, down 1.76 points at 7957.1 at 10.30am.
Fyffes was the biggest faller, losing a whopping 43c (21.2%) to €1.60.
C&C gained 8c (1.2%) to €6.80.
Dragon Oil was up 21c (7.7%) at €2.95. The exploration company announced this morning that it had signed a contract to use a drilling rig offshore Turkmenistan.
Tullow Oil fell 23c (3.6%) to €6.10.
Aminex was unchanged at €0.65. The company is due to give a presentation at an oil conference in London today.
Elan fell 39c (3.3%) to €11.35.
United Drug was down 5c (1.3%) at €11.35, despite issuing positive H1 results this morning.
CRH gained 15c to €28.83.
Anglo Irish Bank was the morning’s busiest share, and gained 6c to €13.53. Bank of Ireland was up 5c at €14.65.
Allied Irish Bank fell 1c to €18.76, while Irish Life and Permanent was unchanged at €20.75.
