‘Fawlty Towers’ pub-owner elected president of Vintner’s Federation
09/05/2006 - 18:35:47A Co Sligo publican has been elected as the new president of the Vintners' Federation.
Paul Stevenson - who owns the 'Fawlty Towers' in Ballymote - said he would be focusing on the positive role pubs play in the community and with regard to tourism.
The VFI represents over 5,000 publicans outside Dublin.
