Lakeland Dairies CEO Ed Prendergast dies aged 46
01/05/2006 - 12:14:18Tributes are being paid to the chief executive of Lakeland Dairies, Ed Prendergast, who has died aged 46.
Mr Prendergast had been head of the company since 2001.
Lakeland Dairies is the second largest dairy co-op in Ireland, and operates across 15 counties.
