War of Attrition lands Gold Cup double
26/04/2006 - 16:25:47Mouse Morris’s War of Attrition completed a famous Festival double in the Guinness Gold Cup at Punchestown this afternoon.
With Conor O'Dwyer on board, the 4/5 favorite Cheltenham Gold Cup winner comfortably saw off the challenge of Beef or Salmon under Timmy Murphy.
Michael Hourigan’s Hi Cloy finished third.
