Man in serious condition after Lisdoonvarna assault
25/04/2006 - 08:20:00A man in his 50s is in a serious condition in hospital after he was assaulted in Co Clare yesterday morning.
The victim was discovered by a passer-by on Main St in Lisdoonvarna at around 2am.
He is believed to have suffered serious head injuries and is receiving treatment in hospital in Cork.
