Helpline launched to promote heart health
21/04/2006 - 11:36:48The Irish Heart Foundation has launched a helpline where questions about heart health can be answered, confidentially, by a medical professional.
The number is locall 1890 432 787.
The helpline is for patients and their families and provides advice and support about managing a heart condition.
Information is also provided on how to keep a heart healthy, including managing blood pressure and keeping a healthy cholesterol level.
People can also email queries to info@irishheart.ie.
