ISEQ down as financials suffer
18/04/2006 - 11:25:36The ISEQ index of shares started the week in the red today, down 63.26 points to 7793.27 in early trading.
The financials were worst hit, with Irish Life & Permanent shedding 45c to €19.50 this morning.
AIB was down 34c to €18.40, while Anglo Irish lost 17c to €13.03. Bank of Ireland was also in the red, down 20c to €14.60.
Insurance group FBD was one of the few stocks in the black this morning, up 20c to €38.50.
