Man killed in Cavan crash

A 40-year-old male motorcyclist was killed in Co Cavan last night.

Gardaí are investigating the crash on the N87 Belturbet to Ballyconnell Road just before 8.30pm yesterday.

A car was also involved in collision.

The latest death brings to 10 the numbers killed on the roads over the weekend.
