Body discovered in Armagh 'a local man'
17/04/2006 - 15:01:31A body recovered from a south Armagh river has been identified by police as a local man.
The man, in his late 40s, was found floating at Dobson’s river in the Green Road area of Bessbrook at lunchtime yesterday.
A post mortem is being carried out to establish the cause of death, but initial police investigation suggested no crime had been committed.
The name of the man is yet to be released, as well as details of how long the body had been in the water.
