Collins: 'Magazines ruin young girls' innocence'

Veteran actress Joan Collins is disgusted by teen magazines which she says destroy the innocence enjoyed by young girls.

The Dynasty star, 72, has hit out at the publications, which she believes force girls to grow up too quickly.

She says: "I think a lot of children are losing their childhood because so many magazines for girls are so graphic. I think that's a great pity. Children know too much.

"I'm really kind of private, I never discussed things with the girls. It's hard to understand today."
