C&C reviewing Tayto situation
13/04/2006 - 11:47:49C&C Group plc today dispelled recent press speculation concerning the future of Tayto Limited.
In a statement C&C said it is undertaking a strategic review of Tayto and has retained IBI Corporate Finance Limited to assist it.
"However, the strategic review process is at an early stage and there can be no certainty that any transaction in relation to Tayto will ultimately occur. A further announcement will be made in due course," the statement said.
