The star is now dating Andrea Anders - a co-star on his recently cancelled Friends spin-off Joey.
The 38-year-old submitted divorce papers last week after just three years of marriage to his first wife, Melissa, with whom he as a two-year-old daughter, Marina. He has already moved out of the family's California home after admitting he was seeing someone else.
Last year, the sitcom actor got in trouble with his wife after admitting drunkenly groping a stripper during a wild night out in Canada.
