Keegan strike keeps Drogheda top

Paul Keegan celebrated his player of the month award with his third goal of the season to keep Drogheda top of the eircom League Premier Division table.
But the ex-Leeds United midfielder left it late to break the hearts of the Richmond Park faithful.
Saints shaded the first half and did have the ball in the Drogheda net on 39 minutes, but Paul Keegan’s effort was ruled out for an offside.
Drogheda then snatched the all-important goal on 88 minutes when Keegan burst through from midfield to shoot low past Barry Ryan.
