Ryanair offers Aer Lingus passengers free flights
In its latest marketing drive, Ryanair has offered unhappy Aer Lingus passengers free flights.
Passengers who have not had replies to letters of complaint from the state airline or whose luggage has been lost have been asked to get in touch with Ryanair.
Communications executive Lorna Farren said: “Even complaints from the Director of Consumer Affairs are routinely ignored by Aer Lingus, so Ryanair is offering the thousands of long-suffering passengers that Aer Lingus has let down free flights and real customer service delivery with Ryanair.
“If Aer Lingus has not replied to your letter of complaint within six weeks or lost your luggage within the last year, send your complaints to freeflights@ryanair.com before midnight on Friday, April 7.”
Terms and conditions apply. See http://www.ryanair.com/member/aerlingusfreeflights.html for details.
