Clonmel death related to drugs feud: Gardaí
04/04/2006 - 08:06:51Gardaí in Tipperary are expected to continue questioning six people about the death of 25-year-old Eoin Cahill at a party on Sunday night.
The five men and woman, who are all in their 20s and 30s, were arrested yesterday and brought to Clonmel, Cahir and Tipperary town garda stations.
Garda sources believe the killing was related to an on-going feud between a number of drugs gangs in the town.
Up to 15 people were in the house when two masked and armed men burst into the house and discharged a firearm, fatally wounding Mr Cahill.
