The high demand is due to fans travelling to Munster's European Rugby Cup quarter-final.
The company has advised all intending travellers who have not already booked rail tickets to make alternative arrangements, as there will be no tickets available for sale on Saturday.
More than 3,000 fans will travel by rail to the match on Saturday alone, and high demand is also expected on Friday.
Fans travelling on Friday are advised that there is no availability on returning services from Dublin on Saturday evening.
