Irish buyers to spend €8bn on foreign property in 2006
25/03/2006 - 09:06:19Irish people are due to spend up to €8 billion buying property abroad this year.
Exhibitors, at a property show planned for Citywest in Dublin next weekend, have reported an increase of at least 25% in the number of enquiries, despite warnings over possible downturns in the market.
Over €6 billion was spent by Irish investors on foreign commercial and residential property last year.
