eBay to create 300 jobs in Dublin

Online auction company eBay is to create 300 jobs at its international headquarters in Dublin.

The company's headquarters were established in Ireland in 2003 and already has a workforce of 900.

Today's jobs announcement is not being grant supported by IDA Ireland.

Hiring is to begin immediately with positions being offered to graduates and non-graduates with foreign languages.

There will be jobs in customer support and financial processing as well as in finance, compliance and senior management.

Many of the new employees will work at a new building eBay has just leased in Blanchardstown.
