Arrest warrant for Milosevic wife suspended

An official with Slobodan Milosevic’s party said today that an arrest warrant for Milosevic’s wife has been suspended by a court in Serbia.

It means the former president’s funeral could be held in Belgrade.

The official said that the Belgrade court acted on a proposal by the state prosecutor when it suspended the warrant for Mirjana Markovic.
