UTV reports 19% increase in profits for last year
13/03/2006 - 10:53:29UTV has reported a 19% increase in its profit for last year.
The company, which owns UTV and a number of radio stations in Ireland and Britain, said today that it made pre-tax profits of £20.8m.
It also said the acquisition of local radio station LMFM and the Wireless Group in Britain helped push turnover up by 46% to €92.7m.
