Kilmer and Downey Jnr a classy duo

As befits the man who wrote the screenplay for the Lethal Weapon series, this is a class act.
Downey plays Harry Lockhart, a small-time thief who unwittingly takes refuge in an actors’ audition and ends up with a screen test.
Paired with gay private eye Perry van Shrike (Kilmer), he finds himself in the middle of a murderous spree in Los Angeles, and that’s only the half of it.
Highly recommended.
