88% of Ryanair flights on time
09/03/2006 - 10:11:17Ryanair’s customer-service statistics, released today, reveal that 88% of its February flights arrived on time, the same percentage as for the same month last year.
There were 0.52 complaints per 1,000 passengers, up from 0.50.
100% of complaints were answered within seven days, the company says, up from 99% last year.
