Teen sent to trial for murder
07/03/2006 - 14:33:45A 17-year-old boy charged with the murder of an English man last September has been returned for trial to the Central Criminal Court.
The Tallaght teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is charged with the murder of Mr James Burke, a 21-year-old Londoner, at Liffey Valley, in Clondalkin, west Dublin, on September 23 last.
At the Dublin Children’s Court today the teenager was served with the book of evidence in the case and sent forward to face trial to the present term of the Central Criminal Court.
