Tullow Oil reports discovery at Ugandan well

Exploration company Tullow Oil has announced that oil has been discovered in an exploration field in Uganda in which it has a 50% stake.

However, Tullow has said that samples have yet to be taken from the Waraga-1 well.

The find is located approximately 19 kilometres from a previous find at the Mputa-1 well.
